This document constitutes a legally binding agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Offer") between the Organizer (defined below) and any individual (the "Participant") who registers for and attends the offline educational event referred to as the "Hackathon" or "Course".
By submitting payment and/or attending the Hackathon, the Participant agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Offer is made pursuant to applicable U.S. contract law and constitutes a public offer under the principles of unilateral agreement acceptance.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [New Jersey], without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Services Provided
2.1. The Organizer agrees to deliver a 5-day in-person training event ("Hackathon") covering practical skills in Power BI and related data analysis tools.
2.2. The Program is intended for non-technical individuals, beginners, and professionals seeking to transition into business intelligence roles.
2.3. The Hackathon is not a degree-granting course and is not accredited or regulated by educational institutions or government agencies.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Minors may attend only with written consent from a legal guardian.
3.2. Participation is contingent upon full payment prior to the event and agreement to these Terms.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. The event fee is clearly listed on the event page and may vary depending on the package.
4.2. Full payment must be made to confirm registration. Payment may be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods.
4.3. Payment is deemed as full acceptance of this public offer.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds are granted upon written request to the Organizer via email.
5.2. Refund terms:
- 100% refund if canceled at least 7 calendar days before the Hackathon start date.
- 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days prior to the event.
- No refund if canceled within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows.
5.3. Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to low attendance, emergencies, or force majeure. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or a seat at the next available session.
6. Participant Responsibilities
6.1. Attend sessions on time and follow event rules and venue policies.
6.2. Respect all attendees, instructors, and staff.
6.3. Do not record or share proprietary materials without permission.
6.4. Bring your own laptop and power adapter, if required.
6.5. Maintain decorum and avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruption.
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All training materials, slides, templates, and digital content are the intellectual property of the Organizer or its licensors.
7.2. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
7.3. Commercial use or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Organizer is not liable for:– Loss or damage to personal belongings– Injuries or accidents during the event– Missed sessions due to Participant lateness or personal conflicts
8.2. Under no circumstances shall Organizer’s liability exceed the amount paid by the Participant.
9. Media and Privacy
9.1. The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, the Participant grants the Organizer a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use their image or voice in such content.
9.2. The Organizer respects Participant privacy and will not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved first through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be brought exclusively before the courts of [New Jersey] in accordance with its laws.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and attending the Hackathon, the Participant confirms that they:– Have read and understood these Terms;– Agree to be legally bound by this Agreement;– Understand their responsibilities and refund rights.
